The Unstuck Tool Is Absolutely USELESS

I got stuck in the ground after coming out of the mine for the quest Undermined. I used the unstuck tool and it ported me to the nearest way shrine only to have me stuck in the ground there too. What's even worse is you stupid morons added a cool down timer to the unstuck tool. I turned off my Xbox and turned it back on to reset the game and now I am stuck on a never ending loading screen. I want my *** money back!

Yes, the Unstuck Tool is not a big help. Apparently it doesn't do anything else than opening the map for you and choose the nearest wayshrine. You even have to pay for it.
The cooldown timer is an utility from other MMOs, but it is useless on the ESO Unstuck Tool. In other MMOs you could have use this for "fast travel" (which is obsolete in ESO).
So you've got a cooldown on it so that you can't abuse it for that. (I often used /stuck in WoW to faster get back after questing.)
In ESO you have to pay for stuck. So there is no need for a cooldown, because you can use the normal teleportation whenever you want to. But if you get stuck twice, you have to pay a lot for it.
@Lorebrarian Still you encountered one bug. This is pretty normal in a big game like that and this won't be the last bug you will discover. You can send a ticket to the customer support - which you will have to, anyways, as you can't login right now.
Crying about a refund because of one bug is overexaggurated.1
