IMO we just need to have the Cathay-Raht khajiit subrace added (among others).

    types-of-khajiit.jpg

    noysg0.jpg

Right now we're most likely playing Suthay or Suthay-Raht, the most common subspecies of khajiit. They stand about the same size as your average man or mer.

Cathay are larger, standing at the height of an Altmer/high elf, and Cathay-raht are larger yet, standing a head or two over an altmer. The Cathay/Cathay-Raht are the bipedal warriors of the khajiit, extremely strong compared to their more lithe and speedy brothers and sisters. They're the Khajiit you'd imagine being on the front lines, in heavy plate, swinging around greatswords, axes, and mauls bigger than a man.

If I were to give them seperate racials from the Khajiit, I'd probably go with:
    1. Two-Handed Weapon Expertise: Increases experience gain with the two handed skill line by 15%.
    2. Rugged: Reduces incoming damage by 2/4/6% (Current nord racial)
    3. Brawny: Increases maximum health and stamina by 2/4/6% (Current orc racial)
    4. Carnage: Increases weapon critical rating by 2/4/6% (Current khajiit racial)

    M'asad - Khajiit Nightblade - Healer
Pakhet - Khajiit Dragonknight - Tank
Raksha - Khajiit Sorcerer - Stamina DPS
Bastet - Khajiit Templar - Healer

They are the little blue natives of Solstheim. They'd never get added but they are really cool. :) I imagine they would have a strong Frost resistance, high stamina oriented traits, and possibly something similar to Orc's Charge ability.

By the way, why no interested in Ohmes and Ohmes-raht?

Totally wouldn't disagree with that. While they would never be playable ( :( ), they could conceivably turn up in the future if you can find an out-of-the-way location that escaped the Knahaten Flu.

That's actually what I had in mind when I suggested the following:

The lore of ESO could involve us journeying to the island, which brings the flu with us. By the end of the quest line we would have doomed the rest of the lilmothiit to die.

This isn't "Creating" a race (I think Nirn has plenty to choose from!) but I really like the idea of a playable Sload
    Gidorick wrote: »
The Coral Kingdom: This could be a single release DLC expansion giving players the partially sunken nation of Thras between Tamriel and Yokuda, and a new playable race, the Sload and could introduce underwater content to ESO, if it's not already in ESO by this point. Since the Sload detest adventure the playable Sloads would have to be considered Sload outcasts and the story would have to reflect that.
    NSr4gu5.jpg?1

Players playing Sloads would have to embrace that they are shunned from their society.

    7NiIxS7.png?1

Considering that Sloads are very studious, are powerful magicians and, well... slugs. I think the following Racial skillset would be appropriate.

Their Racial Skills would be something like:
    • Quick Study: 10% Decrease to all crafting research and Riding Skill cool-downs
    • Stalwart Resolve: Increase poison resistance by 5%/10%/15%
    • Magicka Adept: Increase Max Magica by 2%/4%/6%
    • Intuitive Reflexes: Increase Critical Chance by 6%/8%/10%

You wouldn't be satisfied with just the physical appearance of a Cathay @Lynx7386? You think the sub-races should have their own racial passives. I like that idea, but how would a sub-race be different from a full on new race? Is there a way that ZOS could allow racial passive morphs or maybe allow players to build their racial passives from a pool. What if each race had a pool of 10 racial passives or so that players could pick and choose their passives from. Each of the 10 passives could be race specific. Maybe there should be ONE racial passive that is always associated with the race. The easy choice would be the first racial passive for each race.

Although balancing all that would be a nightmare

I'd really love to be a Horker.. Just saying. I know there’s a million people out there just like me, but I promise you I’m different. On December 14th, I’m moving to Skyrim; home of the greatest Horkers. I’ve already cut off my arms, and now slide on my stomach everywhere I go as training. I may not be a Horker yet, but I promise you if you give me a chance and the support I need by allowing Horkers as a playable race, I will become the greatest Horker.

1 - Improved stealth detection (3%/6%/9%) Horkers tusks pick up vibration in the air to sense danger!
2 - Resistance to cold (10%/20%99%) This may surprise you but Horkers actually live in colder climates than most Nords!
3 - Decreased land speed, Improved water speed (10%/20%/30%)
4 - Able to wear 8 rings of Mara and obtain all bonuses from each!
(Horkers often have multiple partners and are very territorial).

I call for one that is on foot. It should take place in Craglorn.

It is basically one long loop on the main road starting at Belkarth. The runners should then travel clockwise around Craglorn. The middle checkpoint will be by Dragonstar.

The winner of the race will be granted 4 passive bonuses that last 2 weeks long.

Bonus to sprint speed, bonus to dodge, bonus to attack speed, and bonus time to complete speed challenges in dungeons.

Maomer would be cool even though you'd need some sort of lore reason that they wouldn't be universally hated. A brief peace treaty and integration initiative or something?

    EoQgWx0.png

    falmer_by_ankalime-d61p48h.jpg

Spear Affinity: increase exp gains with spears by 15% (Because spears)
Amphibious Assault: automatically enter stealth when swimming, normal rules of detection still apply. Health recovery increased by x when swimming.
Pyandonic herald: increase max health by x and max magicka by x
Orgnum's Gift: increase lightning resistance by X and lightning damage by X

In the body markings you could have peg legs and tons of crazy eye patches and glass eyes in the adornmets.

Can't find pics to post but I would really like a snow elf race. Yea they turned into the falmer but eso takes place 1000 years before skyrim right? Maybe some fled west into into the eastern mountains of high rock

    +cold magic skill
+cold resistance (like nords, if that's still a thing in eso, haven't checked)
    +magicka recovery (elf)
    auri-el's blessing = +bow skill

Lol, and I wasn't too sure when they were poisoned. Probably should've done SOME research before posting. But still, some couldn't escaped west into high Rock like the arch-curates brother, who was in skyrim. And they live a very long time (you just said that was in first era, eso is in 2nd right? So they at least live long enough to go through eras) so a nomadic mountainous clan could still be.

Maybe have a passive be Mountain training and they get increased stamina recovery from being in lower altitudes. Idk, I just wanted to play as one ever since dawn guard dlc :)
