Bar disspaered--XBOX ONE
So i am now a level 15 when to check out my second bar and when i go to swicth back its does not appear. I am on the xbox one console hitting the left d-pad does nothing. How can i get this back

Also one more question i am learning to play MMO first time ever playing one. So i am pretty sure my character sucks is there any way to reroute skill points i am a lvl 15 and i cant kill lvl 20 very easy0

✭1) Your skill bar goes away when not in combat. There should be an option in settings to have it always display if you want. If you are entering combat and it still isn't coming back, bug it.
2) Trying to take down +5 enemies and not being able to doesn't mean you suck. It should be hard to take on +5s until you know what you're doing. That said, there is a respec shrine in the main city of the second main zone of your alliance which will allow you to reset your skills (or just your morphs if you want) for gold.0
