The stall is due to Microsoft/Sony .. Even if ZOS has a patch ready,it can take Microsoft/Sony 3 weeks to get it past certification. I was hoping they could of struck a deal and allow instant patching, but that isn't the case, which is a pity because every time issues occur, it's going to take almost a month before we get a fix.

Since Neverwinter was released in March, they have had 2 updates on xbox one. That's not including the one released a few days after the game came out xbox,that was due to be a day one patch and was released a few days late.

That's more or less a patch a month, just like what people are predicting for eso on console.

The certification process holds it up.
