skills not letting me morph them

I currently have a problem with 2 of my skills not letting me morph them or giving me the option to morph them and every time I receive a skill point I try and nothing
Both skill are stuck at rank 4 and have never given me the option to morph them
Restoring Aura IV
and
Backlash IV

Is there something I did wrong or that I need to do?

Skills can only be morphed once, there is no third skill to morph it into

I have never morphed either one - that is what the original skill is

Any ideas?

Are they at rank IV with the skill progression bar not being completely full yet? You don't get the morph option right when the skill hits rank IV, but rather when the skill has progressed enough that it should be able to gain a rank beyond IV. If they're at rank IV with a full progression bar, then it sounds like a bug.

both are maxed and will not proceed even to rank 5

There is no rank 5, and you must have a skill point to morph

Hmm, if they're both maxed and you still can't morph when you have a skill point available then it definitely sounds like it's bugged.
