Best place to steal stuff and level up Legerdemain?

I've heard there was a big area full of stuff to loot with nobody watching it. Anyone know where I should go to level Legerdemain up quickly?

Kill owned sheep in Khenarthi's Roost, killing 700 (will take under 1hr) will give you 700+ meat, 1300+ guts and some leather. And since they stack to 200, you don't have to worry about space. There are like 30 sheep in one spot and they spawn faster then you can kill them.

All is classed as owned\stolen. This will get your from L1 to L20 Legerdemain (but will take a few days of handing in)

I see that guards can be pickpockets, but it seems like that would put me in the running for dumbest thief ever. What would be a good location for stealing/looting without pickpocketing?

The Maormer Embassy has no guards stationed there once you've completed the quests in Khenarthi's Roost. I like farming there when the mood strikes me.

As was stated earlier, killing sheep is a quick way to do it. Also, in Bangkorai, there's a crafted set location called Weather's Cleft, it has 8 goats in it that are owned and respawn quite quickly. I can grab 200 guts plus hides and game in a short amount of time there. Doing that you can level up quite quickly.
