That's not realistic, because a very large number of the people who become werewolves do it just for the bonus to stamina regeneration. Those people are unlikely to put any points into it except for the one that allows them to bite other players. Also, because it takes less than an hour to level it to max level, even the people who plan to actually use it are likely to just level it up, put whatever skill points they have available into whichever skills they like best, and then put more skill points into it later as they become available. You need... what, maybe 2 skill points? I don't know where you get all 15 because you ONLY need one skill point to infect other players. The other skill pound can just go to feeding/pouncing. I run with one of the largest werewolf guilds in the game, I know what I'm talking about. =P
Vampire is a bit harder to level because you need XP to increase it, but it's still not something that takes weeks upon weeks to level once you get it. And, again, the bite is immediately available once you hit that point, so...
You can dedicate 15 skill points to WW, total. Sure, you only need one to infect other players, but if you are leveling the skill you won't skip the other benefits ... I was trying to be realistic. You will spend probably 7 or 8 on WW before you even get to that point, so, let's say 7.

Total horse shite. No way you can level it in less than an hour. B effing S.
I've done it on 6 characters. I told you the method earlier in this thread. When you complete the quest that turns you into a WW you don't leave Hircine's realm. Instead you pop your WW ultimate while in there (which you get for free and it doesn't cost you a skill point), and because you're in Hircine's Realm you stay in WW form until you leave. Then you just kill the mobs in there over and over. It used to take about 30 minutes to get to WW level 10, but the mobs respawn slower now, so now it's more like a little under an hour. You can do this without spending a single skill point on WW if you want - just keep killing the mobs with light and heavy attacks. That's not realistic, because a very large number of the people who become werewolves do it just for the bonus to stamina regeneration. Those people are unlikely to put any points into it except for the one that allows them to bite other players. Yes, you can, I know because I've done it.
There are mobs that require barely one hit to kill and they respawn very fast, each kill in WW form is the same XP no matter what so it's a case of transforming, killing a load, regenning ultimate, transforming, repeat. Just because you don't know how doesn't mean it isn't possible.
OK, so you clearly have exactly no idea how WW leveling works. It's not based on XP. It's based purely on the number of kills while in WW form. It doesn't matter what you kill, you just have to kill stuff.Paulington wrote: »That's not realistic, because a very large number of the people who become werewolves do it just for the bonus to stamina regeneration. BS because you don't get credit for killing mobs that much lower than you. Quit trying to BS people here, we do actually play this game.

Werewolf doesn't require XP to level. It just requires kills made while in werewolf form, and is completely unrelated to XP in any way. Any kills made count towards it.BS because you don't get credit for killing mobs that much lower than you. Quit trying to BS people here, we do actually play this game.

Then they've changed it since I did because it didn't for me. I'll try it on another toon sometime.

You can level up werewolf to 10 in about an hour if you know what to do. The bite is immediately available once you reach he requisite WW level, and you can bite away and share said bite.
I highly doubt that. It took me a week to get my WW up to the point where I could bite another player and I used the ultimate at every possible opportunity. And you get ONE bite immediately, then you have to wait for a week. Within the first month of being bitten a single players "offspring" can't total more than 4.
If you don't have a life and are one of these players logging 16 hour days, you could probably do it within a day, at the least. For most normal folks who play 3 - 4 hours a day (which is a lot for most of us) you are looking at 5 days to a week before you can bite someone.

Here's a really good way to level up your werewolf fast. There may be faster ways but this REALLY worked well for me.
When you do the quest and you're asked to kill the mammoth(i think that's what it was) STAY in that zone and grind out your ww levels. You can do the first 4 levles there pretty fast.
Edited to say I didn't read the entire thread and didn't see that this was already recommended by @UrQuan
It does work bro. Dude speaks the truth.

You can actually stay in there until you max out the werewolf skill line. Not just level 4That's what I did
