A werewolf is a hawt native american that doesn't wear a shirt.

They are skill lines that you can pick up by either being bitten/scratched by another player OR finding one "in the wild" in the last zone before cold harbor in each faction.
There are guides online if you google them that have really great maps that show you where they spawn.
