Sure it may end up in the crown store one day but doubt it, give it time and it will die down just level till you reach the spawn area level anyhow since you don't have to die to get infected anyhow by the spawns
That's odd. On the characters that I've had infected the natural way it has only taken a couple of hits for me to get infected.

Every time I head out to the vampire spawns in bangkorai, and the bloodfiends attack (level 40) and I do not get infected.
Also players from PC who have come over to Xbox One, who have the disease or are werewolves poach the spawns to prevent players from being able to get the infection. This needs to stop, as it is ruining the gaming experience.

Funny story...back when vamp bites were still somewhat kinda a little difficult to get, a good 10+ players all striped down to our undies at a spawn location and began dancing. I think I saw some boxing as well. It was glorious. We all got mauled, too. That was how my first character, a Khajiit nightblade, became a vamp.Elijah_Crow wrote: »Elijah_Crow wrote: »Try taking off all of your armor and clothing. Vampires like naked people!
Come on now. You know someone's going to try this.
You can only get infected from a mob when the special mobs spawn. For werewolves it's on the full moon, and I believe for bloodfiends it's on the new moon, but I've never confirmed that.I thought you can only get infected during the New Moons phase? Correct? For vampire.
For Werewolf it is Full Moons.
Also do NPC work like a player and are only able to infect one person a week?

It's because it's not supposed to be common enough that every player is a WW or vampire, and it's because you're not really intended to become one before level 38+.milesrodneymcneely2_ESO wrote: »What I don't understand is why you can ONLY get infected by werewolves/vampires in ONE particular spot.

That's a fair point, and I completely understand why they did it that way. It's because it's not supposed to be common enough that every player is a WW or vampire, and it's because you're not really intended to become one before level 38+.
