Need help with hireling on ps4

Hi I was wondering I have unlocked the hireling (2nd stage of it) and it has been 3 days now but still not received anything where and how do you get it? Also looking for grain to update my sword. Thanks

✭✭✭✭You should receive a mail from your hireling. You need to log in with the character who spent points on the hireling passive, logging in with other characters doesn't work.0 -
