Need help with hireling on ps4

Hi I was wondering I have unlocked the hireling (2nd stage of it) and it has been 3 days now but still not received anything where and how do you get it? Also looking for grain to update my sword. Thanks

You should receive a mail from your hireling. You need to log in with the character who spent points on the hireling passive, logging in with other characters doesn't work.

Ye I've been doing this but still not received anything yet? But thanks for the reply do you have to pay them also when they send you anything

You don't need to pay. I think you should send a bug report.
