at the moment im farming in khenarthi's roost for runes i need to find jera for the enchantment i want for my staff but cant seem to get a potency rune better than jora is there areas that spawn better ruins or is it just down to rng with with rune you pick up

✭✭✭✭✭Until Vet Ranks, there are two potencies for each level. As mentioned above the potencies you farm are tied to the zone you are in.
Jera is a L2 Potency, so your probably going to find that in the first zone, not the starter areas. They also sell in the Guild Kiosks.

✭✭The level range of potency runes is zone dependent. You might have to go look in the next zone for your rune.0 -
