Console; Has siege damage increased since pc?

When I was on pc I could withstand almost 2 hits from a fire s. But on console it seems to be a near instant kill.
Barely enough time to weapon swap and heal.
I have to spam heals in a panic and just barely survive.

I've noticed the same with poison as well, which seems to drop others and myself quicker compared to pc.

I'm not sure if it is just that console is not as quick and responsive as pc, or if there is actually something wrong.

    Siege power was upped to eliminate fleshy blobs in PvP.

    Damage will only help if you can hit them accurately and repeatedly Its the fact that siege become slower and more unresponsive the more lag is present. Coupled with the fact they are slow to aim in the first place and their usefulness goes down to almost zero against a fast moving zerg blob.

    Siege deals high damage against players and ignores 100% Armor. You need pure Health, damage shields, or healing to survive siege.

    At the original launch, this was not the case.
    Now siege is useful anti-personal.

    Siege damage has not been changed since the last patch that updated them on PC a few months ago.
