Hello,
I have been a fan of ESO since they proposed the idea. I have a youtube channel with a modest amount of ESO views and I was an active member of the forums at launch where I created a guide for nightblades that attained about 65k veiws.
I quit the game last year due to the bugs in PVP that were just too much to ignore for so long.
Anyways so I am attempting to return for the console launch only to find out that the password reset is not working and it says my account cant be found. I have the proof of purchase when bought the game through Paypal and answers to any and all questions asked of me.
I recieved a call from a zenimax employee who was unable to retrieve my account and he said he was going to foward it to a specialist.
I have waited a MONTH since then. I believe that is adequate time for someone to find my account. I need help from someone within the support staff so please contact me and lets work this out.
