After searching these forums, my understanding was that purchasing a mount (with in game gold, not crowns), was account wide. Character B does not have the mount character A bought on my account.
Is this an error?

✭✭Mounts you purchase are nothing but skins. All mounts are account wide. Any mount you purchase, crowns or gold will be available for use for any character you create for that account, limited to same server. Mount skills on the other hand are per character.
