Mount Question

After searching these forums, my understanding was that purchasing a mount (with in game gold, not crowns), was account wide. Character B does not have the mount character A bought on my account.

Is this an error?

(PS4 NA server)

    Did you activate the Mount in the Collections tab on the other character?

    Mounts you purchase are nothing but skins. All mounts are account wide. Any mount you purchase, crowns or gold will be available for use for any character you create for that account, limited to same server. Mount skills on the other hand are per character. Each character must train their own skill, at the stable, no more often than once every 20 hours.

    You'll need to pick a mount from your collections. Everything in your collections is account wide. New characters start off with no mount selected.
