Support joke
Right so I was displeased with the little support we have all been getting such the disastrous launch last Tuesday, not to mention how clueless the designers seem to be about issues that they already fixed a year ago for the PC. But the response I just got from support takes the cake.
I submitted a ticket Tuesday regarding the issue with Imperial Edition on PS4. I have not gotten any reply since from support. However they just sent me an email with an attached survey asking for me to tell them about my experience. What sort of balls you must have to ask someone their opinion on a service you haven't bothered to provide.
Answer my ticket, then I'll take your survey.
Get it together Bethesda/Zenimax, because this last week has made a respected game developer look like a joke very quick.

Seravi✭✭✭✭✭If you received the survey they closed your ticket. It's happened to me many times. As soon as I get the survey I reply to the ticket letting them know the issue is NOT resolved so they will open the ticket again.1
