how do I link my account?

Game is installed, code has been entered and I login, choose NA Server, choose link existing elder scrolls online account and then I see the userid, password fields but I cannot input anything into either field. What am I doing wrong?

palehorn74Soul Shrivenyour doing nothing wrong i cant link my pc account either nor have i got my transfer i created a new email to create a new account and when i finally logged on it didnt have my characters so i unlinked it so i read a post where someone closed application and relogged and there characters from pc were there so i tried to link the new account i made back to psn and it wouldnt let me0
