So I was buying crowns and decided I'm going to be playing this for a long time and signed up for ESO+.
When I bought it everything went smooth. However, now the option that said buy for $14.95 or whatever says "Extend" . I was under the impression it would auto renew. Do I have to purchase it twice to set up the renewal? A little confused.

I wouldn't touch anything right now. I would check under your account > services to see if PSN does its own auto renewal, then check with the crown store FAQ online here, and then submit a ticket about it; above all, don't compound the issue by buying more. You could also check your money account to see if the charge went through too.0
