Dark Magic Not Leveling

I have a skill point in Dark Magic. I have Crystal Shard on my toolbar. It's not leveling at all. My other two skills are leveling fine. Any ideas why?

Inactive Account✭✭✭✭Not really any for sure reasons but,....
Make sure you use it. Skills level faster when you use them. And make sure it is in your active, action bar when you complete quests. Skills don't level in your alternate bar.

BurtFreeman✭✭✭you may try the following:
- try to remove all skill from the bars, log out, relog and remake your bars.
- put it in both bars, otherwise make sure to turn the right ability bar when you complete a quest.
- use it and combo with Mage Fury. if it do not level, then you ave a bug.
