How come on eso on Xbox one whenever I go to mages guild valenste is invisible?

How come when I go into the dungeon dels claim all the enemies are invisible??? I'm on Xbox one but why is this happening please someone answer.

PathorinSoul ShrivenIn some dungeons too like Del's claim northwest of vulkhel guard all the enemies are invisible and destroy me because I don't see them and they take no damage and they're only Lvl 50
