They may have started already, or be getting ready to start, now that console is out. They can develop ESO content a lot faster with the full studio working on it, but they might decide to leave a skeleton crew on ESO to finish up the DLC while the main force heads off on a new project. I would not rule out a Fallout Online reference at E3, but I don't expect one.
Fallout Online was cancelled years back.
I personally think Bethesda is making ES6, thats most risk-free option, especially now they've ESO.
ES6 will kill ESO. So we won't see ES6 this side of 2020.
Why didnt Witcher 3 kill ESO then? I bet they pull in the same people. People played Witcher 3 and came back, thats what is gonna happen with ES6 too. Actually this is the reason why I believe game industry needs MMOs, but that is another topic.

I'm still playing Witcher 3, I haven't logged into ESO for over 2 weeks(but I'm still lurking on the forums) and I'm actually quite surprised that I have no urge to do so.
I've probably been kicked from my trade guilds, really couldn't care less AND what is probably the most telling thing for me personally, is that I am actively thinking about/looking for, what to do next after I finishing Witcher 3.......
So at this moment in time a substantial announcement would be wonderful!!
Edit:- Pretty Please
^^ Look I even asked nicely.

No they're not really separate. The PR guy behind the press conference is Pete Hines. He does PR for both Bethesda and ZOS. The press conference will almost certainly include ESO as well as Fallout and Doom news. It's just a question of how much time will be allotted to each.

It's not like Bethesda actually made this game, they let and "advised" Zenimax Studios on what they could do and what they couldn't... probably helped with lore a little. Maybe ZOS has rep's at the Bethesda area at E3 ad they speak or give info to the PR guy but they are not the same company. Fallout New Vegas was made by Obsidian Entertainment and published by Bethesda but just because it has the Fallout name on it does not mean that Bethesda made the game... Obsidian did. Most likely with Bethesda influence but overall they made it.
Okay look Bethesda does have a stake in ESO's failure or success because of the Elder Scrolls title and yes they both have the same PR guy but you have to understand that Fallout and ESO have the same publisher but different teams/gaming studios making them. Of course Bethesda wants ESO to succeed, it will only help their next single player game but it is up to ZOS to do that. They have the same PR guy... not surprised... he and probably some other "advisers" are eyes within ZOS. I have no doubt they both companies talk, it'd be dumb but Fallout's release won't affect Bethesda's ability to put attention into ESO because that is ZOS' job... Bethesda just published it.

I think at that point even the most patient of PC players will be starting to look elsewhere unless we have a clear idea of how soon we will be getting significant new content.
