Come now, surely you know the answer to this question is always After Console™.

Which is sort of silly because they already know what is going on with the next update. They already know what they want to put into it and when they want to deliver it. The "time is not right" to let us know.
It's been mentioned several times (at least on the German forus and I'm pretty sure somewhere around here as well) that they'll release new information next month at E3.
Seriously, E3 is about two weeks away, why would they release "expansion info" now and not there?

Better yet, let us use crowns to pre-order Fallout 4.

As far as I have heard, all anyone knows is that Bethesda has a press conference slated for time during E3... everyone is guessing at what it is about though. As well, that would seem similar to me to Quakecon, which they talked about (and showed) pieces of many new zones, although none of them have been released yet.
If it is Imperial City next I guess that's cool, although it's not where my excitement lies. I would probably love some ridiculous little change (like not having to make a running start to jump over stairs with your horse)

@MissBizz In twitch chat on last Fridays ESO live Kai replied to all the people who were asking 'Why don't you answer the question when will the new content be released?' by saying that we shouldn't expect them to announce anything on ESO live which would steal their own thunder with E3 just around the corner...
That certainly sounded like an announcement is planned for E3.... which makes sense as its the perfect platform, and is also After Console.

From what I understand, Fallout 4, and the other games that Bethesda is working on is causing ESO to be put on the back burner. I hope that once Fallout 4 and the other games are out, they will put more effort into ESO
