Became a Plus member..never got my crowns

so i became a plus member and re logged several times. never got my crowns though...any tips?

If you go a day and still have not received the crowns you should have gotten with your ESO Plus membership, please contact our Support team so we can look into it further for you.0 -

I would suggest giving it a couple of days, with the console release it might take a little more time then usual for it to come through. I'd also view your account ((top-left of this page)) just to double-check you are listed there as an ESO Plus member. In-game you can also check this in your character menu as you'll receive the appropriate ESO-Plus buff if you are. Also there might be something in Questions and Answers that could help you too. If all is well and yet you've not received your crowns in a day or two, I would send a ticket. Just be aware that it might take a little while for them to respond to you as it's a very busy time at the moment.If you can be anything, be kind.0 -

1)It might be a delay in processing it, server issues impacting getting crowns instantly.
2)If you got a code for your plus member crowns doodah, re-enter it
3)Check your menu for exclamation marks by crown store/goods etc, in case you missed it - the menu is a bit overwhelming and confusing at first, took me a good 10 mins to find my pet.
4)If google, gamefaqs, and other forums don't help, contact the devs help area.
5) I know it's not the same game, but when Defiance on PS3 launched, even months later, whenever I purchased dlc, it wouldn't show up instantly, sometimes taking up to 3 hours before i could access it.
Obviously you're probably freaking out in a very tiny way, and getting annoyed, which is fair enough, but it might just take a little time to get them.
6) Lastly, try closing the game, maybe turn your console off and then on (due to internet kinda resetting once you do that) and see if that help.
7) If that fails, go back to (4) and contact devs helpline.
