Tillrani Snow-Bourne along with several other npcs invisible in the quest "Sparking the Flame"

I cant interact with tillrani snowbourne or any of the other npcs associated with the bleakrock questline. I cant even save anymore of the villagers because they're all invisible and uninteractable because of this. Please help...
