Introduction
I’m going to start off by saying that this is going to be a pretty long post. If you do read all of this then thank you.
Speak to us
A lot of people including me have noticed that you guys are not really communicating with us much. Every time new content is brought up all you guys say is “after console release”. That isn’t a way to keep people playing your game. How long after console release? What content will you be working on after console release? You haven’t done a road ahead since February (unless I’m missing something) and that was one of the biggest ways we knew what was going on. Any thread that is about a serious topic you completely ignore, but whenever it’s a more playful topic, you guys are all over it. Since you went b2p the communication between you guys and your customers has dropped significantly and that is really disappointing.
Crown Store
I don’t really have any issues with the crown store other than the fact that it seems to be the only “content” that we are currently getting. I love getting different pets or mounts, but why can’t you work on getting us the Dark Brotherhood, Thieves Guild, Imperial City et cetera? Also what is this supposed to be exactly?

I really hope this has some really good lore reason to it. I don’t want this game to turn into WoW and have tons of random mounts/pets that don’t make any sense at all. If these really “special” mounts are going to continue, it would be cool if you had to complete a quest to get them.
Game bugs, bots and other issues
I’ve noticed that you guys are extremely slow at responding to issues. Here is a pretty recent thread on the forums as an example
http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/173818/bots-in-bangkorai/p1 talking about how that person and a few others had reported bots and they were still there days later. I reported a bug in Alcaire castle months ago and it’s still there to this day which is honestly ridiculous. That bug has been on two different computers, so it isn’t my computer causing it. Why should players waste their time reporting things when it doesn’t get solved? It would be terrific if you guys actually dealt with the issues people bring to you instead of waiting months to fix them.
Group Finder Tool
The group finder tool is a mess. It’s supposed to make it easier for you to find a group, but it takes absolutely forever to get one. I find groups a lot faster by just asking in chat for them. The group finder tool really needs to get fixed because at this point it’s pretty much useless.
New Content
This pretty much goes with the whole transparency thing above, but what is going on with the new content? You’ve been talking about the Imperial City for months now and it still isn’t released yet. The same goes for the Dark Brotherhood and the Thieves Guild. Can’t you guys give an update on the progress of all of those?
Opening Cinematic
Why did you replace this
cinematic with the one that is currently in the game? That cinematic explains why you’re in Coldharbour and without it, the beginning of the game doesn’t really make sense. Why are you in Coldharbour? Who put you there? I love the new cinematic, but I don’t understand why the old one needed to be removed. Why can’t you have both of them accessible on the main menu screen?
Item sales
Why doesn’t it tell you what item was sold when someone buys an item? That needs to change because some people actually like to know what was bought. If you put a ton of items on sale, it makes it extremely difficult to know what was sold unless you remember what you sold the item for and even then that doesn’t always narrow it down completely. Can’t you make it so that it tells you that “you sold 6 Serum of Health? I know I’m not the only one who would appreciate that.
Different Ways to Level
While I don't mind playing through all of the quests to level up, I've noticed a lot of players complaining about how they don't want to "grind". This game needs to have different ways to level up other than doing every quest over and over again. That will also help keep players interested in this game which is always a good thing.
Conclusion
Some of what I said may come off as harsh, but I assure you that I don’t mean for it to come out that way. I love ESO and I just want to see it improve more and more and part of that involves you guys listening to your fans.
