Since the last patch, every single person in the game have this problem (NPCs too), but it look like it's just me because noone of my friends and guildies have encountered anything similar, tried to repair and uninstall, still running around with rockhands

Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS0 -

There's a thread about this in the Bug forum where @ZOS_GinaBruno commented. I have the same issue on my Win 8.1 x64 machine.
