Since the last patch, every single person in the game have this problem (NPCs too), but it look like it's just me because noone of my friends and guildies have encountered anything similar, tried to repair and uninstall, still running around with rockhands :/

    OK, this is a known bug but I thought for some reason it was limited to OS X.

    The devs are aware of the problem and are on it.

    I never knew how to reproduce it. TBH I really would like to know.

    Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS

    Same here.

    There's a thread about this in the Bug forum where @ZOS_GinaBruno commented. I have the same issue on my Win 8.1 x64 machine.

    Not that I mind it on myself that much, but when EVERYONE around me doing it, it's a bit silly...
