Where do I go for my PC to console transfer? I don't see an option for it, and honestly starting all over isn't all that appealing to me.

In a nutshell, you had to link your pc account to your PSN / XBL account and then had roughly a month window to buy the $20 version with account copy. I believe it was somewhere about mid-April through mid-May.
They communicated all of this through e-mail and I believe the ESO site, at the least.

OnlyRecon✭✭Yeah, I received an email when it first started which clearly communicated that it was a limited opportunity thing and wouldn't be available after the specified window of time. If you didn't link and you expect to be able to now, you're SOL.0 -
