ZOS Was Wrong...Console Version Now Availalbe to play for EVERYONE! (At least Xbox One)

I am in California and was told by ZOS that the game would not unlock for me until Midnight PST, well it is 9:01pm PST and I am in the game and just waiting for it load. I did get a warning that the servers are being hammered and that it may take a while to log in. I am currently at the Create account/link account.
So the game is up and is now available for play for all!!!! At least on Xbox One it is.

Restart your console. Power off then power back on. This has made it work for many.
Even if it does work we are all stuck at login failed screens. So, it may not do you any good anyways.0 -

Yep, worked! I'd restarted it a few times, but pulling power did the trick. And yes... a wonderful login queue awaits me. =DRestart your console. Power off then power back on. This has made it work for many.
Even if it does work we are all stuck at login failed screens. So, it may not do you any good anyways.

....never pull the power cord... you either hold the PSHome button or the XB home button and then force it to shut down fully that way, otherwise you risk corrupting your hard drive

There's the potential, but in an average year I deal with like... 2-3,000+ hard drives.
