    I am getting E-82001056 and they told me the code itself is locked out for 24 hours.

    The guy I talked to tested the code and said that it showed up as active but it is locked out by the system for 24 hours as of the last time I time to redeem it.

    Linking acounts is easy.

    Start game, select EU or NA server, click play and an option to link accounts comes up.

    It simply asks for your PC username and password.

    All my characters are there, I'm in England, I did this at 10pm so you don't have to wait until midnight.

    I got mine downloading finally, but it has an 11 hour estimated download time. *sigh*

    My guess is pure luck of the draw on who you get at the PS help line.

    Get the guy/girl who's in a decent mood , understanding and while they know the official company line is to tell you that you have to wait for the store reset and there's nothing they can do , they also know they can actually help you out and get it reset in much quicker time and do so for you unofficially.


    Others are going to stick to the line , not help you any , and move on without worrying about it.

I tried to enter it... and it just kept doing nothing, no code no anything.. then went back to psn store... then I tried again... same thing... just tried again, and NOW I get the error code :/ So I dunno if it was my PS4, wireless connection or what, but now that it didn't work and did that.. I have now also tried too many times.

    Well.. in the mean time I'm going to go drill a hole in my wall to finally hardwire the PS4 so I'm ready tomorrow night!

    My email finally turned up 7:45 am here, in Aus.

    Lucky for me I read a post in this thread about where the number would appear, so at 3:30 am when I was checking for the email, I was able to start the download.

    28% done by the time Zeni got around to telling me how to do it.

    The first time I have felt really let down as a customer. It was like"we already have your money, you won't be a new player dropping cash in the crown store, so we don't really care when you get on".

    annnnnnd my code doesnt work! thanks @ZOS sony is telling me I have to wait until release day to start downloading due to the nature of my code (voucher). Fantastic! Get to check out console version on wednesday now......joy

    Hey folks, just a quick update and word of caution. As some of you have mentioned, all game codes for the PC/Mac-to-console transfer are not yet active. We promise to update this thread as soon as they are and the mailer has gone out.

    If you see a game code in your account history and get an error after trying to enter it into the Xbox One Store and/or PlayStation Network, please wait. Don't keep re-entering it. Doing so can result in getting locked out of being able to enter codes for a set period of time, as @Shuichi correctly stated. If that happens, we cannot assist you -- you will need to contact Microsoft or Sony.

    This was posted earlier for those that were locking themselves out.
