The guy I talked to tested the code and said that it showed up as active but it is locked out by the system for 24 hours as of the last time I time to redeem it.1 -

✭Linking acounts is easy.
Start game, select EU or NA server, click play and an option to link accounts comes up.
It simply asks for your PC username and password.
All my characters are there, I'm in England, I did this at 10pm so you don't have to wait until midnight.

If you are locked out, you have tried to enter a code too many times. Only way to fix this is to call Playstation/Sony. They will unlock it redeem code problem for you.

Dahkoht✭✭✭✭✭My guess is pure luck of the draw on who you get at the PS help line.
Get the guy/girl who's in a decent mood , understanding and while they know the official company line is to tell you that you have to wait for the store reset and there's nothing they can do , they also know they can actually help you out and get it reset in much quicker time and do so for you unofficially.
Others are going to stick to the line , not help you any , and move on without worrying about it.

Lucky for me I read a post in this thread about where the number would appear, so at 3:30 am when I was checking for the email, I was able to start the download.
28% done by the time Zeni got around to telling me how to do it.
The first time I have felt really let down as a customer. It was like"we already have your money, you won't be a new player dropping cash in the crown store, so we don't really care when you get on".2 -
Email showed up at 5PM EST and less than an hour later I'm only 20 minutes from finishing the first 40GB download!
