Idea: Making NPC-Guild Houses more exciting

Most people don't go back to the guild houses once they have done the guild-line quest there. For the guildhouses that don't have a quest - I suspect some people never visit.

So here's my plan to make them more interesting (Inspired by a slightly sarcastic comment I made on a thread about the Eyevea wayshrine):

FIGHTERS GUILD:
  • Major Fighters Guilds get forge/clothier/woodwork stations.
  • Major Fighters Guilds get duelling arenas (I know duelling has been requested for some time - this will perhaps be more workable than duel-anywhere). They work as follows:
    1. The players who wish to duel form a group
    2. In a small basement or garden area (group instance that can perhaps be spectated upon?) the group has an every man for him/herself fight
    3. Winner gets some experience, and possibly a small reward.
  • ALL Fighters Guilds get repeatable fighters guilds quests - that get more valuable each time until a point. Almost like the ones in skyrim where you start by taking out rats.
  • Unique Fighters Guild Consumable - available only in Guildhouses. Bind on purchase. No crown store equivalent. Possibly a different type in each zone?

MAGES GUILD
  • ALL Mages Guilds get enchanting stations.
  • Major Mages Guilds get spellcrafting stations when the update comes. And nowhere else gets them!
  • ALL Mages Guilds get repeatable mages guild quests. These could be "Find a lore book" and the location of a random lorebook in that zone. Similar to the "random" dragon wall quests in skyrim. Or, once spellcasting is available - perhaps certain citizens need some magic doing for them?
  • Unique Mages Guild Consumable - available only in Guildhouses. Bind on purchase. No crown store equivalent. Possibly a different type in each zone?
  • Just for fun - in a single mages guild (And I mean across all zones, not just single per alliance) - have a broken portal. Perhaps an attempt to tap into the wayshrine system - but it went wrong and teleports you to a random wayshrine that you have discovered (and is not pvp). Possibly a 1/10 chance of teleporting to an unknown wayshrine in a NEW small area accessible for the first time only via this broken portal?
  • When spellcasting becomes available - make the basic spellcasting stuff available only from guild houses. (And other players). AND maybe some spellcrafting writs should be in here - next to the spellcrafting tables!

I feel like the only one of these things that would take major work would be the duelling (as the spellcasting is being worked on anyway). But I think even the small things would help the guild become a bit more prominent in tamriel.

In addition - another minor piece of work that could be done is making the Eyevea and Earth-Forge wayshrines work both ways... I'm going to keep mentioning this until it is changed...

Please put the Eyevea/EarthForge wayshrines back on the map?

I really like the spirit of the idea!

The repeatable quests... YES! Guilds need to ALWAYS be viable. I need to feel a reason I'm a fighters or mages guild member.

I would also suggest this little bit from one of my threads:

    Guild Posting Boards
ZOS could also put up posting boards in Guild Halls for guild Recruitment to help focus that communication. Only guild leaders should be able to post on this board. This could be organized by using tags like PVP, Trade, PVE, RP, Casual, Hardcore, Endgame, etc.

What ESO really needs is an Auction Horse.
    That's right... Horse.
