Dc needs more guilds like shortbus, not more mindless zerging.
Maybe if you had groups of 48, you'd be competing with the larger EP guilds. Shitting on people who aren't on your level of experience really makes you look childish. That mentality will be the death of DC, "garbage zergs" won't be.
EP has the best/most organized guilds, even then there should be no reason you need a group of 48 to compete with them. Excuse me for "shitting" on his zerg, but saying that we don't help our faction because we run smaller groups is laughable and just straight stupid.
And which guilds might those be? The best ep guilds are havoc, Vehemence and nexus...as far as i know they do not need 48 man groups to wipe you guys. Just because YOU guys have to run zerg groups doesn't mean thats the most efficient way. Instead of DC splitting up into a million 12 warrior groups, we'd have a FAR greater chance of winning if we are all together, working together. There's a reason the best EP/AD teams don't do this 'small group thang'.

No idea who grom is, but i imagine he cant be that good if hes having to pile 50 people into a ts to get *** done. I wouldn't expect our group of 10 to wipe 50, but to say our small groups are at fault for DC losing is just plain stupid. Even with 48, havok used to get us all the time, now it's much more even.
Ask the EP/AD that met us on our recent bridge farms if we're not coordinated. Admittedly, one did end in like 30 seconds, but the others have all lasted the entire hour until the scroll reset.

We are working very hard at it, typically 5-6hrs per day. We've just started assigning roles, ults, numbering them, etc. It's amazing how far we've come in the past 3 months.
