Slightly adjusted the shine on a khajiits little toe claw so that it balances with all the other claws.
Columbine was spawning too frequently. So we fixed it. Columbine is now a rare drop from dark anchor generals only.

✭Just for fun and games @ZOS_GinaBruno if you took the total number of items on the patch notes, how many would be "+" and how many would be "-" ???
i.e.- 13 items are +/Positive
- 12 Items are -/Negative
