I want an announcement from ZoS on this topic, That is it at this point. All I am asking for is recognition of the said people. Whether the do or do not have to doesn't matter. This discussion was started to bring light to those that could not make the offer that is it. We are just requesting another opportunity, not your opinions on whether they should or should not provide one. That is all I am saying here. Whatever any players reasons are for ignoring the emails/saying they didn't get them/ignoring all the advertisements they did at the time....it's not ZOS fault or problem to fix.

I want an announcement from ZoS on this topic, That is it at this point. All I am asking for is recognition of the said people. Whether the do or do not have to doesn't matter. This discussion was started to bring light to those that could not make the offer that is it. We are just requesting another opportunity, not your opinions on whether they should or should not provide one. That is all I am saying here. I do not care to argue the context on whether they have to or not. Or whose fault it is. Im just a hand in the air here saying I didn't get my shot at the offer and that I would like another chance.

The console transfer was a special offer for eligible players and was available for a period of 30 days, starting on April 9, 2015 and ending on May 9, 2015. There will not be another opportunity to purchase the transfer.

If that is true that is sad but remember people can say anything it doesn't matter it is over and done. If they make him special then they will have to do it for everyone that says they missed it for what ever reason true or not.

OP stated that he uses the internet, including Twitter and Facebook, but does not and should not be expected to follow information about the game.
OP also stated that he contacted support about the fact that he did not receive an e-mail and they informed him that he did not opt-in to receive such e-mails -- he feels they should have e-mailed him anyway. Unfortunately, ZOS' Privacy Policy is such that they cannot e-mail customers unless they opt-in to receive such e-mails.
