Guys,
I've sent 2-3 bug requests over the last 3 weeks about this and you've not responded. I've collected this skyshard and the skyshard is just the stone, no glow and no chance to pick it up.
My achievement state that I've not got it, but I have no way of picking it up (and I assume this is because I've already got it).
This is the only one that I'm missing for the final achievement and it's somewhat annoying to say the least. Please could you fix / add to my account or at least acknowledge you can do something?
I've included the map showing where it is located.

✭Thanks to Julien in English Customer Support received an answer.
In case anyone else has this problem here's the answer:Julien wrote:We are aware that players have not been able to receive credit for the skyshard found in Softloam Cavern. If it seems like the skyshard has already been used when it has not, try going to the Hightide Hollow and searching for a skyshard there.
