ZOS_AmeliaR✭✭✭✭✭Hey everyone! Just to confirm, ESOTU does allow remote play on a PS Vita. However, it's important to note that the game experience on the Vita may differ from that of the main console.6

I'd say it's safe to assume there is remote play
