How to I buy the $20 version for the Xbox One?

I have been out of it for a bit. I just saw on my Xbox One to pre order ES TU. So how do I go on buying or pre ordering the $20 version?
Also I never bought the Imperial Edition. Do I have the option to upgrade it on the Xbox One? I see that the option is a bundle only. So not sure if that is for pre ordering or not.

Zazaaji✭✭✭✭$20 Promotion ended May 9th. You can't get it anymore. Before you ask: ZoS has stated they will not bring it back.
Both console editions will have a Imperial Upgrade in their Crown Stores on launch. You must already have the standard edition of the game to get it though.

Well that really bites. Guess I won't be playing on Xbox One. I was really looking forward to it. Last time I was on the forums here a few months ago, it was said that we could buy the transfer in June so I stopped visiting the forums. Just saw an option on the Xbox One so thought ok, getting close time to see if we can do a transfer.
I wonder how many other people have missed it. I don't recall seeing any option for the transfer.

There are a lot posts from April 9th all the way to May 9th of people asking ZOS about this these were in the recent discussions a lot.

There were plenty of options.
Also think about the idea of having transfer after console launch. If that happen Players chracter would not work because their name is all ready being use by a console player who got the game before the pc player transfer. It would not work out.

Not everyone that qualified got an email. I know i didn't ,
although the option to purchase was still enabled in the store so i Didn't miss out.
If i had not been checking forums etc i may well have missed out!
As of yet i still havent had my transfer conformation mail (accunt status confirmed and active ) , so ill probably be mailing customer services on Tuesday if i haven't heard by then :-)
