They specifically marketed the transfer window as the only opportunity to do so. They put themselves in a legal bind.
It sucks for the people who missed it, but I think they wanted to limit the number of transfers for a number of reasons and the decision was clearly made a long time ago.1 -

Account copy (same as the current transfer)
Character copy (just the character, no account based things, including CP, bank, etc)

✭✭✭Yes without DiscountJust don't expect the same deal again. Plain character transfers in MMOs that offer it (when it's not just a freebee for server balancing and mergers) usually cost $20.
That we also got the PS4/XB1 game on top of that made it an exceptional deal that their accounting department is probably still crying about

I missed the window because the fact that there was a limited window never crossed my radar (RL was busy since Feb and I'm just now getting back).50 Bosmer Nightblade

YesYes, i really don't understand why they can't just transfer the data over (rockstar allowed data transfers with GTA V with no suspension date just had to pay full price for the game). I don't have an issue paying the full amount for the game i just don't want to start all the crafting waiting times all over again.Money is replaceable time is not. Last i played which was in November i maxed out all crafting except light armor (seriously who wears that stuff to a battle,.....joking). Regardless of the outcome, I am so looking forward to playing this on my 1, my computer sucks for gaming1

However, I am not against transfers after an established time...6 months or so. For a small crown store fee ofcIf options weren't necessary, and everyone played the same way, no one would use addons. Fix the UI!0 -
