I've always believed that people who run around Cyrodiil with their "Former Emperor" title are garbage....but people who put that in their forum signature take it to a whole new level.

They do ban players for being [snip]. I've seen it happen. Thing is, most PvP'ers wont report trash talk, even if extremely offensive including sexual orientation and someone's mother. It's like running straight to the teacher crying cuz someone's being mean to you. Who wants to be that kid?
Many wants to be raged at, they dont get offended, they get amused. Take screen shots and laugh like mad, feeding egos. Don't think I know a single hardcore PvP'er that actually reports hate/rage whispers. If we weren't such good sports about emotional outbursts from our enemies, you see way more bans for sure.
But you're right, that guy is out of control

How do you know when you're so good you can start refering to yourself in the third person and in all caps?
Also, when you can just announce your presence in zone/say/yell chat by posting nothing but your name in all caps (after a kill I presume or perhaps just randomly)?

As a DC player I agree. If you had a video of someone exploiting and posted it the video would immediately get removed and you would get banned from the forums for your trouble. But posting flame videos, or videos designed to embarasse another player, or videos showing how you great you are at another's expense are A-okay.
That indicates a lot about what we can expect as the future of PvP in this game.2 -

Many people like OLEMAN.
They don't all vomit their admiration across zone chat. When OLEMAN gets a kill he doesn't "OLEMAN" in zone chat like some bizarre form of Tourette syndrome consisting only of one's own name.
OLEMAN's friends don't go into zone chat and go "Where is OLEMAN" when they are already grouped with me and see me beside them just so I can go "OLEMAN IS HERE" back in zone chat, so they can reply "YAY OLEMAN SAVE US" so that I can go in third person "OLEMAN will save you all. ....OLEMAN!"
But maybe oleman is wrong. Maybe if people liked oleman that's how it would be. Oh well.
