I am an old RPing fart and don't actually look at "end game" content. I play so lethargically and will retire a character for several reasons. Mainly just growing tired of them and wanting to restart another. This is usually influenced by another backstory of a character I want to play. When they stop telling me their story... I lose any interest in continuing their character.

To put this adopted playstyle in perspective, I've logged over 6K hrs in Skyrim alone, across 60+ characters. None of which ever completed the MQ and none of which ever started the CW questline. In fact, there is still ~10% of the map that is yet to be explored.

EDIT:

I recently started a new main. He is currently L14 and I'm entertaining the idea of starting over, simply because he looks too buff for his personality profile.

I have 171 right now, but I have sort of taken a break from earning CP and just playing my low level alt,. I will have lots of enlightenment built up in a few days and will begin earning again. Maybe. I am kinda getting bored.

Been playing ESO since Beta... September 2013 I just really REALLY take my time. I'm in no hurry. I get my jollies by goofing off, checking every corner of the world and doing things like... never using wayshrines.

This is why I get really annoyed by things like the inability to dive underwater and the moon Secunda NOT having a reflection.

I started January 2014 where I still used to discover every angle, now it's a mix of a rush-through and a "journey of discovery". But I still take my time to adore the environment including the fantastic lighting (even the rune light^^) and other details

tested the passive, you get more items from the chests, not higher quality

Well they should change the description too.Also there is a post here of a guy who tested it in PTS and 1 of his screenshots shows he looting a treasure map chest,in it you can see 1 set item,1 blue and 1 purple sword,yup 1 purple so I think yes it increase the rarity.Im lazy right now to give u a link but just search Treasure Hunter in this forums.
