Bonus game of capture the flag - we put one person from each faction (I vote Sarenvog as AD flag!) at the end of a field (imagine a big triangle with the flag person at the points of the triangle) about 50 yards apart. This person will be naked (no gear equipped) and not allowed to move (blocking allowed). All three teams start on their flag. The winner is determined when both of their opponents' flags are dead, and they have stacked back on their own flag (who is alive). Resurrections allowed. There will be strategies involved of who to send as attackers vs defenders and to which side. You're not out until all your team are dead and your flag is dead.

What I dont like about it is : to put teams of people who totally hate each other in a structured / fair / respectful environment and expect them to act in those manner.
I've tried something similar before, thinking it would be fair-play and respectful. Ended up being a who-can-***-farther kind of thing with trash-talk and zero respect. People in this game seems to have a lot to proove and use those instead of doing so on the field, playing the real game, which is detrimental to any type of 'sporting' event like that.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-n3p6KSVcN8While I have peoples' attention here, I would greatly appreciate any help anyone can provide for this problem:

I've not been able to PvP for a few days (I'm not normally outside my home campaign so have no idea how long this has been the case for me).
4v4 , 6v6 , 8v8 , 10v10 ,and lastly 12v12 should be the max. 16v16 is just . . . . . . :P

@Observant I don't believe that we need a poll. Right now I'm leaning towards opening sign-ups for 12 person and 6 person teams with a target date of 2 weekends from now. To accommodate NA and Europeans, mid afternoon on Saturday is likely the best choice. If there are enough Oceanic players interested, we could have another round at a more convenient time for them.
The rules will be relatively simple (no siege, any gear you want, any combination of classes/players you want) for this first go round, and we can see how it turns out for future ones. It would be nice to make this a monthly event.

I was intending to stream it for those who want to watch.
Saturday May 6th (2 weeks from tomorrow) at 2pm Eastern seems reasonable.
I'll open a new thread for those who want to sign up later this evening once I write up the rest of the details.

Yes.. Yes I do..
(Edited previous post to fix it)
Group size requirement is way too large
Group size requirement is way too large for Aldmeri Vice, so we will be unable to participate, but if you ever do something like 8v8 let us know and we might be able to cobble together that many. (4v4 and 6v6 is more our style)
However, if Decibel or Tertiary puts together a team, some of our members might be available to pad out the groups (like the ones that are in both vice and DB/TM), etc.
Just cant do Vice alone, sadly =/

Sounds like a pretty sad excuse to me
The original intent was to simulate what we experience in Cyrodiil. I tend to run 16+, so didn't give enough thought to the smaller groups and guilds - though setting group size too small would also hurt the groups / guilds that almost always field 12+ (as they're not used to smaller gank-style groups). I freely admit I'm not a great ganker - I tend to run builds that support the group and make up for something that is lacking with whatever composition we happen to have.
What I believe I'll do tomorrow is write up the full details, and start a thread for ONLY sign ups (this thread will be used to continue discussions etc). Groups can sign up and list the size groups that they are able to field, so once a few days (maybe a week) has passed, I can put together a list / brackets for the ones that have enough entries to be viable.
Example:
Lemons sign up for a group of 4, 6, 8, 12, and 16 (effectively all the options).
Strawberries sign up for a group of 4, 6 and 8
Blueberries sign up for a group of 8, 12 and 16
In the above example, provided I have the inclination to manage everything, Lemons may fight Strawberries in the 4, 6, and 8 brackets, Lemons may fight Blueberries in the 8, 12 and 16 brackets, and Strawberries may fight Blueberries in only the 8 bracket. If something like this turns out to be the case, the probability is high that there will only be an 8v8 bracket as everyone can field a team of that size (and I don't know how much effort will need to go into managing it). Future tourneys (if this one works out well) may have more brackets.
@ZOS_UlyssesW is there any possibility of getting a ZOS participant to watch and make sure that there are no cheaters (stealthed healers not part of the team or some such) that the rest of us can not see?
