What the Heck???

So after my long time away from TESO I finally decided to catch up on things since the console version is do out soon, I was happily excited to be getting the game for $20 and transfer my character...guess what, i missed the deadline and now TESO says they will not honor their agreement of the discount or transfer of character. They also mentioned how even those military people deployed that were not able to redeem codes will NOT be honored.
So tell me, is this the type of company you want to support? Basically they made a promise to users, and since those users were not able to react in a specific amount of time, basically all their promises mean nothing now.
If any one has any info to give, that can help, please let me know.

here is the quoted reply:

"There were military personnel that missed out on the deadline because of being deployed, and some who missed out due to severe illness or family deaths. Personally, I think that your reason, and these reasons are honestly all great reasons for an exception. However, as a company, if we offer an exception to one such case, we must offer them to all such cases"

Really???? A person meets all requirements, like when the game was registered, how long they paid for the "free" service now and there is no way they will honor their own promise? This will probably get deleted by a mod, but for those of you that do see this at least you know you are supporting a very EVIL company that really has no care for their users....Bad-hesda will never get a penny from me again, if they don't at least honor their word!!!

what a great company....oh we know you have been waiting for over a year, and we did send an email......oh you missed the 1 time we sent something other then spam???? too bad screw you we are not going to give exceptions for anyone for any reason....just pay full price again if you want to play....we got you for over $150 anyway even though we promised it would NEVER be free to play....and now we will get you again for making you pay full price again, even though we said you wouldn't have to. And we know we said you could transfer characters over....but yeah screw that and you too.

I used to laugh at the idea of a sub-only forum. I now want a Stripped-Senche owner only forum. These forums have become nothing but a non-stop whine fest since TU launched.
