unfortunately that wont happen, this was asked in ESO Live awhile back and they said this was a mechanic they had implemented so that people wouldnt exploit it by luring NPCs to a cliff and knocking them off and killing them extremly easy.

I'm optimisticI know nothing about programming a game, so I just appreciate that there are people who do, and that they have made a game that I like

I honestly don't think it's gamebreaking to allow fall damage to kill trash mobs. They die fast enough anyway.

Only if we don't get XP from those kills and no loot. It's too exploitable otherwise.
