The program are keep blocking/an creating pop ups ingame and outside of game:
And no i dont want to turn off my Avast, I have given ESO launcher free pass through Avast as well nothing seems to work. What to do ?

✭I would suggest a better AV.
Turning off AV when playing really is not a big deal, unless you think you will get virus from ZoS.
Seem like you have not unblocked eso launcher fully.Moons and sands shall be your guide and path.
