i have 5 of my friends who planning on getting ESO for ps4
question my friends asked
why cant we duel each other ?
my question if there isnt 1v1 dueling in own faction
when is it coming so i could tell my friends
Response to people who dont want it:
Just putting in simple option of auto decline duel
would prevent people from harassing you or just leaving you alone in peace
you can pick and choice when you want to duel ,if you choose to duel people

I generally dislike duelling, but... the option should be there. Maybe with an "auto-decline" for those who really don't want to be bothered with it...3 -

There's an addon that automatically declines them.
But all Zenimax would have to do is add an option in the game menu to opt in/out of the duel invite system, similar to the one that prevents you from attacking innocents.0 -

i also played wow for 4+ years
you can turn it off in options
so people cant challenge you

Great way to test different builds, strategies against classes you're weak against, different gear setups, etc. And heck, just to practice against good players.
But alas, it doesn't seem like there's really any talk of bringing dueling to ESO. But maybe.1 -

1) Remove having to be in a guild to sell items to other players at a kiosk.
2) Cosmetic modding for armor and clothing.
3) Difficulty slider.
4) Fully customizable player housing that isn't tied to anything in the game other than having the correct resources and enough gold to build. Don't tie it to PvP, guild membership, or anything at all. Oh, make it instanced so as not to take up world map space, too. Zeni screwed this one up already.
Any /one/ of these things implemented would get me spending again, maybe even subbing.1 -

Yeah, be on different factions so that you can be locked out of doing 95% of game content together. Makes perfect sense.1 -
Ffastyl✭✭✭✭✭Part 2 of the Justice System will bring to ESO the Enforcers and Outlaws factions and skill lines, along with open world PvP between flagged individuals of these opposing factions. so i know the grind
but my friends new mmorpg ,i think this going discourage them

Well they thought this was an out dated idea and not the direction they wanted for eso.
How is that working out for yas zos

It's already that way. In case you hadn't noticed, the main quest, fighter's guild quests and mage's guild quests are solo only.
Several side quests are too, and if you're not on the same part of a quest(of those that remain), you are invisible and unable to be helped by teammates.
