ZOS Will We Be Able To Pre Download ESO On Consoles?

Because of the size of the game a 48 hour head start would be great.

So ZOS?

    I'm hoping so, I'd like an answer to this one too as the game hasn't showed up on the Xbox Store yet.

    ( I bought the digital copy + transfer but my friends are buying it digitally and are wondering why they can't pre-load it yet )

    Yes, but only digital purchases (obviously). The disc version from retailers will still need to be installed, however that clearly won't take as long. I'd post link of the confirmation but it's lost somewhere in beta forums. Tl;dr: you will have plenty of time to pre download!

    Pre ordering and ore downloading are separate entities. They will announce when it's ready to pre download. I'd guess a week prior to launch.

    When you pre-order a digital game on Xbox One it also lets you Pre-load the game, they are pretty much the same.

    Thank you good sir:) i still need the answer of when then as it is my week working and i work away so i need to set it up to download at a certain time.

    We don't have an exact date for when preloading will be available, but when more information is available we'll be sure to update everyone. @ZOS_AmeliaR 's post is still accurate:
    We can confirm that players who purchase the PC/Mac-to-console transfer will be able to pre-download ESO for the console to which they're transferring prior to June 9. Players who preorder ESO for PlayStation 4 or Xbox One through the PlayStation Store or Xbox Live Marketplace will also be able to pre-download the game.

    Yup it will and i plan to be there for it :D

    Got three weeks off work for it lol just got to sort out the times to download it just waiting for zos to let us know what time it will start.
