Why do I have to keep plugging in my Birthdate every time I visit the main site?

This happens 2 to 3 times a week on my PC and my tablet. It's getting rather annoying.

I am not clearing any website data from my cache at all. I am using Firefox on my PC and Chrome on my tablet.

Bump. Had to go through this AGAIN.

Why is the website NOT saving my choices?

In Firefox browse your cookies looking for 'gate' (without the quotes). I fine two of them called 'age_gate':

bethsoft.com - expires 20 Feb 2015 (not been to that domain for a bit, obviously)
    elderscrollsonline.com - expires 31 Aug 2015

what do you have on your system? I seem to recall that the bethsoft.com domain can pop-up (no pun intended!) sometimes when trawling through 'ESO' pages.
