If your poor little rig can't handle the battle, then stop creating them. They input sliders to help with those who don't have higher end hardware. They made server improvements. They made more than enough changes to solve the problem, for the most part.

i7-4790k and a GTX-970. FPS is never an issue, but I've been on flags where there's 40-50 people spamming abilities, and not one person is taking damage. Every one of those players is experiencing the same thing. My FPS stays steady the whole time though.

Happens with 1000Mb/1000Mb fiber. Normal latency <60 ms. A lot of people in one place 999+ ms.
